GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTING MEETING SPACE

1. Service provider information

The service provider is:

2. Subject of lease

The meeting space includes a table, up to 8 chairs, a projector and access to a kitchenette (coffee and water, dishes available for self-service).

3. Reservation and rental duration

The space is rented on an hourly basis, for a pre-booked period.

The user has the right to use the space exclusively within the reserved time.

4. Access to space

Entry to the premises is enabled via a unique PIN code that is valid only for the duration of the reservation. The PIN code is sent via e-mail.

The user is obliged to keep the PIN safe and may not share it with unauthorized persons.

5. Obligations of the user

The user undertakes:

  • use the space with the care of a good businessperson
  • leave the space at the latest after the reserved time
  • leave the space in the same condition as when you received it
  • report any damage or irregularity immediately

The user is also responsible for all persons who use the space based on his reservation.

6. Liability for damage

The user is responsible for all damage to the premises, equipment or common parts of the facility, caused by him or the persons for whom he is responsible.

The service provider reserves the right to charge for the damage incurred.

7. Terms of use

It is prohibited:

  • using the space contrary to its intended purpose
  • smoking
  • disturbing other users or disrupting the order
  • any inappropriate or illegal behavior

8. Limitation of liability

The service provider is not responsible for:

  • interruption in the supply of electricity or internet for reasons beyond its control
  • damage caused by force majeure (e.g. fire, flood, etc.)

9. User data

When making a reservation, the user enters correct and complete information.

These data are considered the identification of the contracting party and are used for the purposes of performing the service.

10. Electronic contract conclusion

These terms are accepted electronically.

By clicking on the accept option, the user confirms that he has read and understood the terms and that he fully accepts them.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to the Civil Obligations Act and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court according to the registered office of the service provider shall have jurisdiction.

12. Cancellation, change of date and refund

  • The user may cancel or request a change of the reservation date no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved date.
  • In the event of timely cancellation, the user will be refunded the amount paid in full, in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The user is entitled to one free change of date, provided that the request is submitted within the deadline referred to in paragraph 1 of this article and subject to the availability of free dates.
  • The request for cancellation or change of date is submitted via the service provider’s e-mail address: info@lumenspei.com.
  • The request is considered received at the time of receipt of the e-mail message.
  • The user is obliged to state their name and surname and reservation information in the request.
  • The service provider is not responsible for requests sent via other communication channels.
  • In the event of cancellation or request for change of date within 24 hours before the start of the reservation, as well as in the event of a user’s no-show, the service provider reserves the right to retain the full amount of the payment.
  • After the deadline for cancellation and change of date has expired, it is not possible to obtain a refund or change of date.
